I asked to get my club regripped and an inch taken off the shaft. The grip wasn't aligned correctly and the shaft was the same length. Oh, and no one ever called so i picked it up two days later than promised. I'm not taking it back, I'll do it myself.

Went to Rosevillle MN location this morning looking for a Taylormade Hybrid. Terrible customer service by their rep and treated like I was an inconvenience immediately. When I told him I wanted a club to help me get out of deep rough better he made it sound like a new club wouldn’t help me. I asked to see the hybrids anyway and then he made a statement that indicated he didn’t feel I could afford a 250 club. I immediately left and went down the street to Dick’s Sporting Goods. I’ll be taking my new hybrid to the driving range this afternoon.

Bought new irons from here last summer, and I had a great experience. Just called there today with questions about a driver, and before I could finish my questions I was rudely hung up on! Needless to say I’ll never buy a club from golf galaxy again! I guess they must be very busy with in store customers today, oh wait....
