Eric O and the folks in finance were a breeze to work with. We were in and out with such efficiency. Price was right, and financing terms were excellent. So easy. They stayed late to get the deal done, and we're pleased with our FJ Cruiser purchase. Great experience, but one thing to nitpick...I've never ever bought a car (used or new) that wasn't at least quickly washed and tank of gas filled up. It was after hours, so maybe there wasn't anyone to do it, but we were just handed keys, and wished a safe drive. The car was basically on fumes, with the gas light on, and sticker residue all over the windows and windshield. But because of amazing efficiency of how seamlessly the deal was executed, 5 stars!
