I wanted to purchase a class ring for my grand daughter I was told that since her school wasn't listed they couldn't make the ring. Except at substantial cost. I don't get it why can't the just design the ring just as they do the others.

The store says on signage...appointment only. Ok thats great...but answer the phone. I need my jewelry 6 month inspection 3 months ago. I am going to lose my "life time" because you wont answer the phone.
