My son has been enrolled in Kumon for a total of 4 years with the last 2 at the Roseville center. The program has not only enhance his ability in Math in Reading but develop discipline and good study habits. He is in honors class for Math, ELA and Social Studies. I do not have to tutor him anymore ( a plus for me ) and does most of his homework without breaking a sweat. All through the pandemic Mrs. P communicated with us and supported us although we were doing it through zoom. I know it’s not an easy thing to teach the complex math problems on line but somehow she made it possible. I’ve always believe in investing on my kids education and this is one thing we have proven to be worth the money and effort.

I have difficulty scheduling to pick up homework. The staff does not reply back. Only allows 1 month of vacation. Not customer centric.

For my friends in East Roseville, I would like to share my experience at the Kumon center East Roseville. We have been going there since the past 6 months. Initially for both my 8 and 5 year old kids, the practice of sitting down for 1 hour and writing or doing math was a huge challenge. However, we persisted. The teachers gently encouraged them to keep at it. Now, we see that my kids have better attention and diligence at completing tasks, improved concentration at school, and are taking on academic work with a more positive attitude! Kumon is centrally placed on Douglas Blvd, making it easy for anyone to commute from home/work/school. There are ample parking spots and a comfortable waiting room. The hours are very practical , especially for working parents. The teachers are very smart, energetic and talented. Most importantly, they acknowledge the different learning abilities and challenges of each kid and modify their teaching style as needed in a non judgmental way. This is a rare but very special service which should be commended! There is a significant need for education services like Kumon, especially in this digital age , where a lot of school curriculum is based on computer skills, and the art of writing is at risk of being lost. Kumon makes our kids smarter by improving mental math using repetitive sequential equations, learning English grammar and improving handwriting. Thank you Kumon staff for all that you do!

My daughter has been going to Kumon for almost 2 years for both Math and reading. She is picking up things very well and this helps her stay ahead in her class. Every time she progresses to the next level there is uphill battle in completing homework. But overall it teaches her to keep up and put in the work needed and with repetition the concepts become clear and easier. We like our Kumon family at Douglas center. The Tutor and staff are very supportive and easy to work with.

Highly recommend this Kuman center directed by Mrs. Pallavi Pandya, aka, Mrs. P. The biweekly classes and takehome assignments have been very helpful for my 4 and 6 year old. My girls are moving up levels in reading and math, but more importantly to us, they are learning consistent study habits. Program is well worth the cost.

I had an excellent experience with Kumon - Roseville- East Center. My son went there for almost 3 years and it had helped him a lot. When he joined Kumon, he was in KG and couldn't read much but after few months into the program, he started reading fluently. He left Kumon at the end of his 2nd grade and by that time he had reached G level in reading and I level in Maths. The teachers here are excellent and give total attention to student's needs. They are approachable and you can ask any questions or doubts you have. Kumon really helped with the concepts of Maths and because of that my son is excellently performing in all types of Math competitions. I will highly recommend people to join Kumon- Roseville East center, if you really want to see significant difference in your child's academic performance. Thank you Pallavi and team :-)
