This is a really pretty lake! This lake also has many different things for the whole family to do. There is places to BBQ on grills, dock to fish off, walking/biking trail, playgroundd to play on, a beach area, and areas to sit while enjoying nature! There is also public bathrooms.
First off, I came early to walk the park, and a grounds keeper was power washing the grills, the tables and sitting area! Thanks to the Park and Rec of the city to keep the park clean! Mornings here are great! Because theres not a lot of people here, some old folks walking, people just walking their dogs, I saw a man swimming laps this morning. I know by noon and late afternoon there will be kids and parents. So, some parent time while kids play. But if you're looking for a quite place... look elsewhere.

A lovely little park with a beach, an open field of considerable size, a little playground, and a small shelter that's the perfect size for a family potluck. Perfect for bringing the dog and the kids, as they say. :)
