Overall, Lexus of Roseville service department was good. I was able to make an appointment quickly and they returned my vehicle washed and wiped down inside. I didn’t give them 5 stars because I felt that I had to call about my vehicle before the service advisor reached out to me. All in all, we would go back.

Good selection of cars, certified pre-owned for sale also. Very busy dealership seems to be doing a lot of business and some good sale prices.

Boris was a very helpful sales person. He answered all my questions.I would have liked more hands on help with many of the operating systems as I am 82 and many of the technical safety features were new to me.They were very busy on the afternoon I bought my suv and short handed. I did go back another day and a young man went through the dashboard, etc very quickly, too quickly for me. I need to go in for more help soon.
