Ok I could really care less about the products. not my thing. I will say though, the customer service provided by Jake at this location is top notch. He represents their product better than any individual possibly could. He defines this brand to me and any dollars I ever spend with Louis Vuitton, will be with him and him alone. These Five Stars are all for Him, and because of him. Love to see this individual on my team and if I ever needed a top notch manager with amazing customer service skills, I would throw money his way to try and get him to join my team. This store is lucky to have this rare type of individual representing them and making this store what it is. Also, side note, for those who hate lines, make an appointments and you want waste your day. And when you do, hope you get Jake to help you.

Waited 2 1/2 hours just to buy a gift card. While in line, my wife asked the manager if we could just purchase one and go, but she was told no. The manager explained that they were only letting a certain number of groups in to make sure that each sales associate gets a commission equally. The long line was not due to Covid-19 restrictions. Very poor customer service to put associate concerns over customer service. Would not recommend shopping at this store. Very frustrating as there is no way to purchase the gift cards online or over the phone.

Lovely store. Good collection. I was helped by Jodi and Shayla , both were extremely patient and showed me all possible shoes,belts and bags. I had a good shopping experience. There was Christmas party and still they helped me very well. Would recommend it , very professional

Wasn't sure to come to this store based on some poor reviews here. Usually I shop LV in bay area. Turned out.. it was a pleasant shopping experience. The young guy that helped me was professional, friendly & helpful. Happy with my purchase.

11:20am with a large line of people outside waiting. They are supposed to open at 11:00am. They must think they are superior and peoples time don’t matter as much as theirs.....
