These guys go above and beyond, I bought a 1200 Samsung Q8 that ended up having burn in issues after less than 2 months. They replaced the TV with the next model up the Q80 a 1700 TV no questions asked, I couldn't have been in the store more than 10 min. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
