My boyfriend had an appointment today at 2:20. He was not called back to see the doctor until 3:30. At 4:15 I entered the lobby after being in my car in 80 for 2 hours. The receptionist was extremely rude when she asked why I was in the office. She told me that even though the office was not closed, and there were no other patients in the lobby and I was wearing a mask I was not allowed to stay and had to go back outside. I remained in the hallway. At no point in time (remember the office is closed) did anyone wipe down or sanitize the waiting room area. In fact they sat, at the desk talking. Dr. Hall is amazing but apparently the front desk staff could use some customer service training
