This agency was a poor quality and very inaccurate information on the policies what was covered. Nestor has a problem remembering to follow through on items. Some staff good and others stressful to work with. Over-all he is under staffed and ill-informed and what the policies should cover.. they don't bother apologizing if they make a huge mistake and you lose 20,000 because of their error in insuring . Your items incorrectly good ...I would trust this company with nothing

My former agent retired a few years ago. With that my policy was transferred to the Nestor Ciro agency. I've found the service to be excellent and the communication to be very good. Overall I'm quite pleased with the pricing and service provided.
I had a great experience working with the Nestor Ciro agency. Nestor was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase a life insurance policy that was very affordable.
My previous AmFam agency was great: never left anything to letters or email, would always call when changes happened. When my previous agent left AmFam, I was assigned to Ciro's agency. This group is not at all comparable in quality of service or explanation of benefits. I am going to find a new group, if not a new company to do business with.
My Fiancée called in advance of renewal to terminate her policy. Policy was renewed by agent despite the advance notice call to cancel. One month later and we still don't have a refund. When I call the office for refund status the receptionist continues to make excuses and does not bear any responsibility for their error. Unacceptable!! On top of the terrible customer service, their auto insurance is drastically overpriced. We saved 200/year by changing agents.
