I worked with Mason and while we couldn't finalize a deal due to things out of our control Mason was Extremely welcoming and professional. He was not pushy or overbearing. Very friendly and made the whole experience pleasant. You could tell he was there to genuinely help you find a vehicle that you wanted and not put you in a vehicle that you did not want.

FIVE star - Always Excellent, great fast reliable service. Niello Acura in Roseville is the easiest and attentive car dealership and maintenance experience I have being come into contact with through the years. Whenever I would need to order parts, do car maintenance or repair to the simple call or contact with customer service is always easy and ultra-accommodating. Mike (sales manager) who handled most of my car needs is very courteous, highly professional, attentive and understanding with all customers. He called for my car parts and order for the same day delivery, when my vehicle needed extra work he arranged for my pick up and drop off my car within couple of hours. He was willing to do whatever he could to help me with my needs, priced and provided complete disclosure about charges upfront. I highly recommend Niello Acura for service needs. Overall the service provided was excellent, even my coworker who was with me was amazed about level of professionalism, customer communication and helpfulness of Acura staff.
My experience at Niello Acura has always been amazing. It has been amazing not just because the whole team really wants their customers to enjoy their experience here but because Tony Lashmett ALWAYS goes above and beyond his job. I have bought over 10 cars from a variety of dealers. Tony is always available to answer my questions even long after the sale has been completed. There is something to be said for employees who want to make sure your entire experience with a company feels welcoming and like your business matters. They do not treat you like a number or like your business is not important. In today’s society I have found excellent customer service harder and harder to come by. That is definitely not the case at Niello. They truly care how you feel through every step of your car ownership experience. I will continue to return to Acura for a variety of reasons (excellent cars, great service repair, buying incentives, etc.) but the customer service experience alone will keep me returning. This is my second car at this location and by no surprise I received treatment as if I was a friend and this is what you are looking for when you are going to spend thousands of dollars on a car. I would highly recommend Niello Acura to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle with all the bells and whistles. In addition I would recommend Tony Lashmett specifically for a no pressure, informative car buying experience. You will not be disappointed!! -Melinda I.
