I came into the store just to scope things out, looking for my 2nd swiss watch. Daniel was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable about the Omega brand. I look forward to working with him the next time I come in.
Visited the Boutique with my wife this afternoon. We were greeted promptly, staff are warm, friendly and courteous. I dropped off a couple of watches for warranty repair and Yegor, the Boutique Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. While Yegor was installing a rubber strap that I purchased for my Seamaster 300 Diver, Daniel showed my a couple of Speedmasters I was interested in purchasing. He was very helpful and knew all the pertinent details about the watches. He also spent some time looking up an Alligator/Rubber strap and deployant combo for my Planet Ocean. I left the Boutique with a sense of gratitude and felt very comfortable with the staff. Very nicely done with providing exceptional customer service. Thanks.

Very clean and visually appealing location, the staff is helpful and very accommodating as well. I was in August of 2017 and the gentleman working was happy to just talk watches, I have been looking around for a specific omega speedy and I felt like I knew pretty much everything about them until i met him, he was very knowledgeable and he was more than willing to let me wear what was in the case.
I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the sales people. I have a son with disabilities who loves watches. When he called asking questions about watches - they told him not to call back and bother them. So sad!!!!!
