All staff were exceedingly friendly, helpful and professional. They got me back in a very timely fashion. Dr. Beaty met with me, introduced herself, and gave me the opportunity to express any questions or concerns I may have. Also, thank you to the manager, Mike, for providing excellent service. I felt I was in good hands the entire time. I will be back here in 6 months most definitely!

From the moment I walked in the door, nervous as ever, I was warmly greeted and treated respectfully. The Dental Assistant, Karley was so kind and reassuring and clamed my nerves more than I expected. The Dentist Dr. Beaty was also very kind, friendly and gentle. I was scared of what treatment I would need and the cost. I was not forced or strong-armed into anything I didn't want to do. Tori, the receptionist came in and gave me a breakdown of the treatment plan and the cost and also reassured me that they can work with me on the cost and payments. I was more than happy with my visit .

Not to fond of this practice. This is the only Dentistry that will have you waiting in your chair 45 mins to an hour, with incentive to up-sale you on specific products. That’s their primary focus. The 300 laser teeth whitening procedure is a joke. I received a free kit from another practice that was 1/3 of their cost with better results. Also, didn’t have to deal with 3 weeks of pain in my gums. Do your research, we have great Dental Practices in this area. I wouldn’t recommended this practice.

I can’t praise them enough! Every single person I had the pleasure of talking to was so nice, polite, and genuinely cared. They got me in for some emergency dental work and they took great care of me. Pain gone. I got a root canal, build up, and my finished permanent crown the same day. Thank you Dr Patel and team.

Our family absolutely loves this place! Weird to say about a dentist office, I know. From the moment you walk in, the entire office staff (Mike, Chanel, Cindy, Tori) is\u200b professional, warm and welcoming! There are several amazing dentists, but we go to Dr. Romi Patel and he is awesome! He is caring, highly clinical, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. One of the dental assistants, Ms. Merle is also a family favorite with her courteous, kind, and sweet demeanor. Our son goes to Dr. Ameri for his braces and we have been extremely pleased with her work. Everyone is so patient with our 3 children. They are upfront about estimated costs for required work, and they are so thorough with explaining everything that they recommend. Pleasant Grove Dental also has the latest and greatest in dental technology and done by the best in their fields. For those of you in search of a family dentistry, or even have a fear of going to the dentist, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them!

I started going to PGD back in 2018. Dr. Ameri is a very sweet and kind orthodontist. She calls almost every woman “Pretty”. Her assistant Chanel is one of the best. She has helped me so much with my ortho transfer back into their office when I returned a couple months ago. She spent a lot of time trying to work on my new contract with her manager to help me as much as they could being a former patient of theirs. They really do care. If I may add, Chanel makes any Appointments/reschedules a breeze even when she’s super busy. They’re office is always clean and always has happy staff on all the time. My husband and 3 year old has also been attending their office. My son was so comfortable on his first cleaning with Dr. Patel. His hygienist was very patient with him. He was so excited about his balloon they gave him . Kept him occupied for hours. They are always accommodating and you can just tell they really go above and beyond to provide great customer service. I’m glad to be back to their office
