My office has been using Pro Team Carpet Cleaning for over a year now and are more than satisfied with the service they provide. Scheduling is easy, price is unbeatable, and service is impeccable. Their staff has always been down to earth, up front and honest with expectations vs. reality, punctual (even when I was not) and respectful. Chris is the best; knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and courtesy of your time & schedule. Honestly I could go on and on about this company because I've yet to have a bad experience. We will continue to use Pro Team Carpet Cleaning for any future needs for our carpet care and I recommend you do the same.

I am over-the-moon happy with the service I received today! (Cleaned a large wool area rug, and a sectional couch) Christopher is the kindest man, and very helpful in covering several options. He actually recommended a few things (for my couch cleaning) to save me quite a bit of money. Now THAT is what I consider excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!. He was on time, efficient, and super friendly. It was very convenient to have them come here to me...(no ‘moving’ required). Bottom line, I highly recommend this company for all you need cleaned!
The level of professionalism by our technician, Chris, was outstanding. He was upfront with costs, gave us several options for stretching and repairs, he finished the job as planned with no surprises. I highly recommend this company and Chris. Very respectful, upstanding man, and job well done.
They scheduled us between 11-1 and arrived past 2. Was told it would take between 45- 1hr. I told him if he could give us a call when he was done so we can lock apartment. We never received a call he just left. I had also asked for a receipt and he said he could email me the receipt and give me one once done. I didn’t receive a receipt.
