Dont go to ABC warehouse!!!! Stick with RAC. It's the same leasing program, only with better prices and exceptional customer service. Leasing furniture may be a last or only resort for some, but they definitely help you through it. P.s. I love this location solely due to the employees and the wonderful customer service 100% of the time.

POOR Customer service!!!! inquired about a A/C, he claimed that the Southfield and Detroit location show having them and that he would call and see if they would transfer them to the Roseville location..I waited an hour with no return call, spoke with Chuck again, he stated that he was waiting for them to return his call. WAITED ALL WEEKEND!!! NO RETURN CALL.. NOTHING.. I just called the Roseville location and was informed the Chuck was on Vacation all week... yup...I'm not happy.

I rented a fireplace and And TV last year. 2 weeks ago, I paid it off ( so I thought) in full. This was before the 6 months same as cash was expired. I noticed that the store manager was not too happy when I did this, but I didn't think anything of it. Renta Center makes money from delinquent/late payments. Also, they make the big money if you are not able to pay off your items in 6 months. I was given a certificate for my TV but not the fireplace. Again...I didn't think it was a big issue because I had receipt that I paid off both items. I received a knock on my door just now from some scrubby looking driver stating that my account was past due and I owed.....15.00 dollars and some change and that I had 2 days until my 6 month same as cash expired.... So....here is the gist of it. When paying off your account, make sure that you receive a certificate for each item in your possesion. These guys are crooked! If there is an emergency and there is no other way around it...use them. But I would not recommend that you purchase from them for items that can wait. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from Renta Center, especially the one in Roseville Michigan.
