Was very impressed with the sales person however when my table arrived delivered by them it had scratches when I took it out of the box! The Roseville store was great however the man who called me back about refused to replace the table told me 100 warranty would not cover it! He said a tech would call me to schedule to repair it, so I am stuck with a brand new table with scratches!!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Manager called me a liar about scratches on the table!!!’ Very disappointing and dissatisfied!!!!

My experience thus far has been incredible, though I haven't been in yet, or even spoken with them. After reading ALL the reviews, I can't fathom why anyone would put a 3 or 4 star review up if all their needs were satiated and the staff did all they could to ensure a quality product and superior shopping experience. I'm going in tomorrow to checkout trundle and bunk beds for my daughters, and I'm actually excited to meet both the owner and the incredulous staff that have been raved about through reviews on various platforms. So yeah... Here's a 5 star to balance out the people with unrealistic expectations, and limited ability for appreciation. Thanks in advance, and I hope this at least offsets some of the bad apples.
