John and Paul are experts in the field with decades of knowledge that helped quickly address the issues with my Ford F250. I am glad to recommend them to anyone. They are honest and gave me options along the way to help with the cost.
Car trouble can be so stressful (and expensive) but Paul and John made it as stress free as possible. They even handled all the paperwork through my Carmax warranty. They had their work cut out for them diagnosing and fixing a couple of things in my car but John called and updated me every step of the way. I was never left to wonder how it was going. He also explained it to me in a way that I (not a very car savvy person) could understand. I’m so glad I chose this shop and will be returning for any car repair needs in the future.
This father and son team is incredible!. Their prices are VERY fair. They aligned my truck but there was a still a small problem with one of my tires still causing it to pull a little and they made sure I didn’t leave there until that truck was driving straight as an arrow and they didn’t charge me extra. I HIGHLY recommend Roseville Autocare. These guys are honest and fair. It’s a great feeling when you walk out of an Autocare shop knowing there first and foremost care is for the customer And that’s exactly who these guys are! THANK YOU ROSEVILLE AUTOCARE!!!
