I was working with a small budget. My expectations had been dwindled by terrible dealer interactions/experiences, hundreds of searches for vehicles on the web, vehicles that were just burdened with problems upon test drive and/or inspection. Not to mention way overpriced everywhere I looked! I took a left onto 5th street off of Riverside, and saw what became to be a HIDDEN GEM of a dealership.. Honest, fun, and fair staff. My experience was beyond all my expectations. And the vehicle I purchased an added bonus. THEY ARE READY WHEN YOU ARE!

Terrible. Customer service. I was planning on spending 12k cash on a luxury vehicle and paid 300 dollars for the inspection. I showed it to the salesperson, who miraculously produced a car fax (told myself and a fiend he dint have one). I made him a reasonable cash offer (over 2k top of kbb) on a vehicle that needed over 5k worth of work. He acted like I was offering him pennies. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied; he kept me waiting and I had planned to drive away. Please be wary of their vehicles and have preinspections done...your wallet will thank you later.
awesome people to work with. Frank and Jose not at once I felt been pressure about purshasing a car there. Even know the bank was closed that day they were able to give me the car I wanted 2006 3 series 300ci beautiful car. They took a chance not having a respond from the bank till the next day but I already had signed the paper. I will recommend this place any day. I need it a spare key and Frank the owner told me that he had already order one from EBAY to come by the shop when arrived and they will program it for me no charge. What a welcome and awesome experience there. Thank you guys. No problem returning to this place.

Good car selection
I came down to look at a 06 non turbo subaru because he'd said the day before that if i liked the 06 he'd make the financing happen. The first thing he said to me today when i got there was that i would have to get a loan via a credit union. If he hadn't lied about the financing I wouldn't have bothered to go down and look at the Car. 1 star for not being honest.
Excellent service !!!! I’m located in Montclair,Ca ..I spoke with Jose over the phone about purchasing a vehicle and that I wanted to drive it back home which is a 6 hour commute..Once I arrived to the dealership and inspected the vehicle everything was perfect just like Jose explain over the phone. Even the rest of the employees were very nice and helpful .Considering a 6 hour drive home the vehicle drove home like a champ ,felt very strong ,durable and a really smooth ride .
