Kelsey & Staff has excellent communication skills. Even though Mom likes her illness secrets, I'm glad Kelsey took the time to explain — Mom's low O2 levels, no hospital needed, and Covid Rapid Testing. Diagnosis in less than an hour with a prompt telephone call. With diagnosis, we were reminded of the treatment protocols — hydrated, rest and 10-day quarantine. Boss Lady (hangs out in Ukrainian Village, Chicago sometimes) promptly checked my #Covid #healthinsurance #coverage. Covid Testing was a simple tickle from the nose. Whoever said it was painful, it's a hyperbole. No Wait may be misleading as humans easily show up at one moment. Clinic is less busy after 5 pm if you want to talk to someone, get some paperwork etc....the non-emergency stuff.

This is a great place, they have been swamped during this pandemic, but they still find the time to help people out that need it. Stay respectful with these people I assure you that they are working hard to get you what you need. Just keep in mind how hard they are working and try to be patient with results.
Roseville Urgent Care is amazing! It is the only urgent care me and my husband ever go to because they are friendly, fast, efficient, clean, and they accept Medicaid so we never pay a single penny for their services. I ALWAYS recommend the Roseville Urgent Care to anyone who is sick. And one more thing is that the doctors all actually seem to genuinely care about you. It's the best one around and I'd recommend it to anyone!.
“What is your approximate wait time right now?” I don’t know. I can’t see it. “Can you tell me if it’s closer to fifteen minutes or fours hours?” No. I can’t see it. “How does the wait work?” If you come in, we give you a slot. “What was the approximate wait time yesterday, or Friday” I don’t know, I wasn’t here that day. “When was the last day you were there?” Saturday. “What was one of the wait times on Saturday?” I don’t know. I didn’t ask EVERY person how long their wait was. “Is there someone there who knows what slot you gave out to to one of the last people who came in or what the slot the next person who get is?” I don’t know. “You don’t know if there’s a person there who knows that or not?” *hold music* I’m not asking for an appointment. I’m asking what people are currently being told when they do get there. I’m sick. I have a young child. I’m missing work. If I get there and I can’t be seen until tomorrow, that matters.
