I came in 15 minutes before my appointment and I was seen within 5 mintues later at the triage room. In another few moments I was seen again in the medical room with the doctor. The entire experience was fast, efficient, friendly and professional! I look forward to returning just likely not on a Friday. Too much traffic.

Incredible work by Dr Jacobs and staff! Adrianna up front and Sue coordinating my surgery. I can't thank all you guys enough. Also Laurie for the paperwork. Everyone was great and helpful through out a rough time in my life. Bianca is great in optometry and fittings. The entire staff is very professional and caring. I truly value and appreciate them as my eye doctors.

This place is pleasure.. I get injections in my eyes and I haven't had anything to say bad about my experiences there. Reminder calls, follow ups, plus the Doctor is amazing not only in office but with charity work also. Cant say enough good things about this place.

Dr. Jacobs performed a PRK last year, one eye is great, the other was left with a bit of astigmatism. Purchased the groupon and glad I did due to multiple follow up appointments after surgery. The office receptionist is the main reason I am leaving 2 stars, they are just awful. Always overwhelmed with the large volume of calls. They moved to a bigger location however staff was never updated to reflect growth. To make things worst the lady at optometrist is overwhelmed as well. Will not return here for the family needs.

We followed Dr. Kira here from his previous practice. So glad to see some of his staff came as well. Steven was absolutely amazing. Spent time with my 95 y.o. grandmother to make sure that he was getting her just the right prescription. He went above and beyond. Dr. Kira is so kind and patient as well. Makes sure that my grandma is getting the best care. So glad nothing changed with the move over to Royo. We will see you next year!
