Try to lie about the quality of my diamond I was wearing to upsale to buy a better diamond little did they know I have my original receipt.
Let me start by saying the people that work here is rude AF. the store is closing and we happened to stopped by and asked for a price of a beautiful necklace. Of course the usual sales pitch, and the price range is 3000 down to 500 then us being smart about what we should be spending on said we will pass for now. So the response of the sales person “why it’s not worth 3,000, you don’t want 500” my response “i’m not Saying it’s not worth 3,000” and the response of the salesman person, “well I don’t have to honor the 80%”... so wait a minute, is this how this place train there workers when it comes to dealing with customers. So this guy is simply RUDE, ARROGANT and trust me doesn’t deserve a single bit of SALE. You’ll get your karma one of these days...so of course the other female sales lady asked me if there’s anything wrong and I’m not really up to talked about it and in my parallel vision I caught her rolling her eyes. So yes two people already that works here in SAMUELS DIAMONDS are so rude and could care less... thank you SAMUELS DIAMONDS in hiring RUDE SALES PEOPLE..date and time of visit 11/30/2018 at 1830
