Love, Love, Love this spa. I've been coming here for 7 years and have NEVER had a negative experience. Everyone is friendly, wanting to make sure I've felt pampered and that my needs have been met. Felicia has been a fabulous massage therapist/healer. Love her energy and powerful hands!! You ladies are all the BEST!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I really wish I had asked the spelling of her name but, Carrie, you were outstanding. I have gone to the Palladio location in the past and I have NEVER received a service like that. I came in Monday morning for a sports blend and the staff up front was warm welcoming and professional. Carrie did not rush me, she took her time in the areas where I told her were my problem zones, she used more than one heated towel and just showed perfect etiquette. She is amazing and I needed that massage to be perfect after my last experience at Palladio. I will continue coming to Roseville for my future massages and will absolutely be asking for Carrie. I hope your supervisor sees this and knows that you do an exceptional job at what you do. Thanks.

Had a Vedic Massage, it was different from the Vedic Massage in India. Like a hybrid swedish Vedic. I wanted this massage for the health benefits I got after India that lasted about three months. However, I'd recommend to tell her not to do the toe and finger pull move. My index and thumbs on both hands are strained, and I'm typing this with my others fingers. Very painful. Four stars because it was otherwise fine and don't want to imply she was mean.

If you want to pamper yourself, definitely check out Serenity. I’ve had the best massage and facials here. They start you off in a relaxing waiting area. I love the decor and the beds are super comfy. I feel like a had all my questions answered by Amy before and after my facial. My skin is vastly improving thanks to her. My first visit included lunch and the food is amazing. I highly recommend Serenity spa

The reviews convinced me to choose this spa for a very much needed prenatal massage at 38weeks. I’ve had a lot of massages in my lifetime and have never needed to leave a review but this experience was just awful. The spa itself seemed nice, receptionists were friendly. The issue was my masseuse and lack of follow up I was promised. I DO NOT recommend Rebecca C. The first thing I told her prior to the appointment was that my back and hips were hurting and I really wanted her to focus on those areas. She did not. In fact it almost seemed like she avoided them focusing on my hands instead. She COMPLETELY forgot to do one shoulder and I had to ask her to massage it like I was asking for a favor. When asked about the temperature, I mentioned I was a bit chilly at which point she turned on the heating pad. Toward the end I was very cold and had mentioned it again and she covered one shoulder with the sheet instead of maybe turning up the heat? I left with my back hurting just as much as when I came and was told the manager would call me to talk about the experience. She did not. The spa might be nice, I got a fancy chocolate covered pineapple slice at the end but even that could not make up for the WORST massage of my life.
