Not the correct bouquet I did order it at 1030 am to be delivered after 5pm Valentine's day my gf was still happy but it wasn't the correct order

I recently received flowers from someone as a thank you gift from the flower box. I am very pleased with my floral bouquet, it really brightens up my room. The flowers where very fresh. They lasted a long time and smell good too. It's always a pleasure to receive flowers. It was a great gift. Thank you for my beautiful bouquet.
I needed a sympathy throw for a dear cousin that died. I spoke to a gentleman from the flower pot box and I wasn’t sure which to choose. He suggested the blue one with a large white dove. He did mount it for me also. When I seen it I was amazed. It was absolutely beautiful. All my family was commenting about it. He put a beautiful blue bow on top that added the finishing touch. The price was just right. I appreciate everything done for me at such a difficult time. Next time I order a throw I will definitely call this shop. Thank you again.
I order the Orange Escape to be delivered to mother in law for mothers day 2017 and it came with NONE of the flowers that were suppose to be in the bouquet. When I inquired with the company about it they told me they could go to her house take them and try to bring the right bouquet back but it might be on a different day...as if taking her mothers gift back from her when she had no idea they were not right was the only solution possible. After asking for a different solution I never heard back from the company again. I suggest taking the large amount of money you're about to spend to a more reliable establishment.
I asked for a noon delivery and was told okay. It didn't happen. Flowers still hadn't arrived at 3:30. I was told that the delivery person had left at 1pm. Didn't show up until after 5. Unexceptable. Then to top it off the pink roses looked wilted and very pale. I will never order for a delivery from there again. Not reliable!
The flowers that were made for my Mother-in-law's funeral were exceptional, we got a lot of complements on the casket piece. Everything was special ordered and came in fresh and done to perfection!!!
Ordered flowers on April 1st to be delivered April 2nd to a business address. Ordered online and paid nothing showed up. Called twice on the 2nd (today), no one picked up. Emailed the f1st too, no reply. Still awaiting a response and flowers to be delivered..... It is now April 6th, store has been locked up and no emails or calls yet. Currently lost 40 with no flowers at all.
The shop goes above and beyond ! Great customer service and great product ! Thank you Flower Box for always making me feel like I’m so important!
