Ryan at the Fairview store was absolutely amazing and I love the support that Randy gave him, empowering him to make decisions to help my team and our organization out at the last minute. With COVID, a lot of the locations we use for our background services were closed and we were in urgent need of the services at this UPS store. Ryan went above and beyond at the very last minute to help us amidst our chaos in trying to remain organized. He truly put the customer first and was incredibly pleasant in his willingness to help. It’s something you don’t see as much anymore in high traffic service areas, especially with increased stress levels around COVID, but Ryan was the epitome of taking the extra step and making sure our needs were meant. Wonderful experience! Thank you to the team at this location!

A blond white privileged female employee yelled at me and her non-white male coworker. I asked for tape to seal my package. I was not aware that I had to purchase tape. I have not had to pay for tape in the past. This female employee has always been unpleasant. She can't even say Tucson properly. One piece of tape is not a lot to ask for to seal the top of the box!!!!

If I could give zero i would. I made a fingerprint appointment two weeks prior and when I arrived for my appointment they had no record of my appointment. They wasted two weeks of my time plus 20 minutes standing in line.
