I recently got a job through indeed. I love my job but I had no clue that a temp agency had any part of it. They never said anything about it never made it known that I would have to be in contact with them. Even though I didn’t agree to any of there services. I was in contact with two people Heidi and Amelia. Amelia was super nice and helpful but Heidi Fretwell was really rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I had to be the one to contact her. If I wasn’t worried about what would happen if I posted screenshots of how Heidi talked to me you wouldn’t want nothing to do with them. Every time I talked to her she talked down to me and became ruder each time. I’m supposed to be paid every Friday but again Heidi didn’t contact me to tell me about my time card or a app I’m supposed to download and I have been working for 2 weeks going on three with no pay. When I finally got ahold of her she kept refusing my time card 4 times because first I didn’t know how use the app an she was no help and two because she wanted me to put the time she thought I was at work because she didn’t believe me. She also made comments on how I chose to spend MY time on my UNPAID lunch. I would not recommend. They did absolutely nothing I don’t know what they get paid for and most of the comments on here are from the people that work there.
