Had an amazing first time experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling refreshed and the pain in my hip seemed to decrease greatly after my session.

I've been going to us cryotherapy for about a solid week now doing cryo everyday and I can honestly say I feel amazing doing so. Not only do they offer cryo but they also have a wide variety of options. The staff is also amazing

Ive been here once. The only reason I dont go again is because of the individuals who work there. Many times have I caught the employees at this location gossiping with the front desk of Xperience about other members. Its not only the gossiping thats unprofessional its the body language they convey when they suspect no one is watching them. I've been keeping tabs for a long time now. Sure i could just keep my head down and get my services i needed here but i dont support intolerance. I dont expect much else from young adults who dont care about anything but their own ego and agenda. Its just a shame when the environment we should be building is to support for one another. If you want your business to thrive you need professional workers. I would be surprised if this company is in the green come fiscal year.
