my first experience was terrible but i decided to give them a 2nd chance. my first doctor was not helpful at all (i really don't blame him) but i called today to make another appointment and spoke with albeisha ( IM EXTREMELY SORRY IF THATS WRONG) my call was around (3pm there was a slight wait) and she made me feel SO SO SO welcome. She realized i am transgender (female to male) and accommodated me RIGHT AWAY. added my pronouns and addressed me as sir. i have NEVER felt so welcomed especially in the medical community. we need more open and smart people like her. really made me feel heard!

So furious! We had our 5 & 6 year olds appointments and they wouldn't allow BOTH parents to attend the appointment! They refused to allow one of us to take 1 child each.....Covid or not this protocol is ridiculous! Both parents have the right to attend Drs. Appointments for their children. Our boys have medical conditions that are confusing and overwhelming and we both have questions and concerns. God forbid a child have 2 caring parents that want to attend appointments

Caught on my cctv Camera

I called to schedule an appointment. They said they had nothing for over 1.5 months. So I went to the office they had a cancellation the next day so I took it. I have a hernia and need to get a referral for a special. You would think it’s an easy thing. So they order an ultrasound. Ok that would be done in 2 days. So I told the office I needed an appointment the fallowing week. They said it would take almost 2 months to get that appointment. In 2 months time I would be in the ER with a strangulated hernia. Then I would be in a life threatening situation. All they want to deal with is drug attic’s alcoholism and ear infections of children. Screw this place. I got a new provider and have an appointment for the next day and should be in surgery in less then 5 days. Avoid this provider.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Everything you see from people is true. Unorganized. Rude. They lie about misinformation. Don't bother calling, it will take over an hour to talk to anyone (4 seperated occasions this happened. I won't be back. You guys should learn how to run a business. Garbage.
