Called in to see which espresso machines they had in stock. Cliff answered and was great to work with. We went to the store and he was just as friendly and attentive in person. We ended up buying several other items while we were there and Cliff & team made the process easy.

Stood outside in the cold, with two other shoppers while three employees stood inside and watched us. Couldn’t be bothered to maybe open a couple minutes early. After entering the store with a list in my phone (531 worth of products for Christmas gifts) to place an order, I stood at the counter. The other two people moved to another store instead of standing outside in the cold. It was me and three employees. One stood behind me arranging something on a shelf. One stood at the computer and the third asked the guy at the computer if he was helping me. He replied that he wasn’t. She then turned around and went into the back room. I am absolutely appalled at the behavior of these three. I stood there wanting to order a number of gifts and they ignored me. I was literally standing at the register. I’m shocked that in this business climate that they would treat a customer with such disregard. I told them that I would take my business somewhere else and left. To date, I spend money at William Sonoma nearly every month of the year. No longer.

Well, things have changed at WS. It seems to be a dish and silverware store now. One very small display of a very limited number to baking pans which is what I needed. There wasn't even a decent selection of those. Dishes and flatware? Got it. Seemingly lots to choose from but unknown if there is actually any in the store. I did get my favorite salesperson response, "We have more on line" Maybe you do, Maybe I'm standing in your store today looking to make a purchase. Sadly WS isnt't the only store that functions merely as a display case of things the store may or may not actually have. The old adage, "You can't sell from an empty cart" has never been more true

Well personable staff. I felt welcome the moment I stepped in. I ended up dropping a product and instantly I was met by 2 staff not seeing if the product was ok. But making sure I was ok.
