Never rent a car in Sicily if it is not fully insured. Car rental Rosolini did not offer us full insurance option and gave us a car full of scratches and broken lamp at the back door. When we returned the car, they claimed our 200 euros deposit. RENT FROM PROFESSIONAL WELL KNOWN COMPANIES WITH FULL INSURANCE.

We booked a Peugeot 308 SW for Euro 365 with CAR SERVICE ROSOLINI for 5 days in Sicily. As per email sent to Mr Piero Frncalanza I also ordered a GPS with the car. Most surprisingly when I arrived the car attendant at the office of CAR SERVICE ROSOLINI at Pozzallo stated that there was no GPS available. He asked me to go again to the Pozzallo office the following day to collect one but obviously this was not practical as it would have taken me 3 hours to go there from Siracusa and back. So I ended up without a GPS. Travelling to Siracusa was a nightmare without a GPS. Furthermore, after 2 days we realised that that the car provided by CAR SERVICE ROSOLINI was heavily losing oil. In fact the car dashboard started to indicate this. I reported it and after repeated calls, the following day I met Mr Piero Francalanza and the car was changed. This was also an inconvenient incident. A smaller car was provided i.e. Seat Althea XL instead of a Peugeot 308 SW. Still, Mr Francalanza did not provide me with a GPS. When I enquired about this Mr Francalanza told me that he was not aware of the fact that I requested a GPS. The fact that I was not provided with the booked GPS was a big problem for me in view of the fact that during the holiday my wife's mobile broke [so we were unable to use any GPS] and thus I had to travel in Sicily without a GPS.

Non capisco le recensioni negative di qualche utente Google .... per me non giustificabile dato che non vi è un tale riscontro ..... La serietà di questa azienda e indiscutibile ....come la massima professionalità delle persone che ci lavorano ..... Impeccabile nei minimi dettagli su tutte le possibili tipologie del settore .....inoltre sempre pronti nel trovare una qualsiasi soluzione è nel risolvere ..... Veramente un fiore all'occhiello nel settore meccanico automobilistico sia civile che industriale..... non posso dire nulla in negativo perché non c'è riscontro in questo .
