We are not currently a customer of Ross but our dealings with them as a company has been great. We recently did some work for Ross Insurance and all of the staff that we dealt with was warm and friendly. Andy was our point person and multiple people on our team commented on his warm friendly approach to all communication they had with him. From what I can tell Ross Insurance has a great team that works hard to do their job well. We will be getting our insurance evaluated by them in the near future.

Very simple process. Did it all through phone and email and only took a matter of one day from the time I decided to go with this company. Very important to me to be able to do business this way as I have a disabled spouse and it is hard for me to get out for appointments. The value is spot on. I had been with my previous insurance company for 46 years but this company offered basically the same policies for both my car and home and the price was much better - saving me a few hundred dollars a year. Definitely recommend using them and will continue to do so myself in the future.

We did a ROSS review to see if they could save us money and they delivered on their \promise\, so now we have both homeowners insurance and auto insurance with them. Beyond just saving us money (which is always appreciated), it's great to work with ROSS because of their level of customer service. When you call them, you talk to an actual person right away, not a whole bunch of prompts and waiting on the line, which is a great bonus. They know you by name and treat you like part of their family, so you don't feel like \just another number\. Insurance can be a confusing topic, but they simplify it and always make sure you are taken care of with the best possible coverage. 5/5 stars for sure and I recommend them to anyone who mentions needing top quality insurance paired with top quality service.
