I had a carpet supplied and fitted by another company which had some stains from our pet on it, after it had only being down for only a couple of weeks. Dave came out and advised me on this carpet and then came out once again to advise me after I had collected some samples from this other company who said they would replace it for me. I found the service and expertise from Ross-on-Wye Flooring to be exceptional. My only regret is that I didn’t use them initially. However I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future and will certainly be recommending them to others.
These guys are the best. Sorted out some flooring in my kitchen and carpet in the living room and bedroom. Really good installers, price was great and a friendly service too. Will be using them again :D Thank you guys!
Replacement kardean flooring put down in kitchen and hallway. Superb service from Dave and Theresa from initial visit to completion. Looks superb. No hesitation in recommending.
