Both Dr Mannan and Dr Moujaes are very professional but sensitive doctors. I have been with them ever since they opened and noticed how they keep up with all the advances in medical treatment. My mothers riddled with all sorts of problems and they look after her as though shes their own. Rececptionists and nurses have always been really good too! Keep up the good work!

Been with The Surgery for over 20 years and my children are registered here too. Over the years, I've been very happy with the service received. Emergency appointments are always possible if you ring up at 8.00am. Saw Dr Mannan today for my youngest daughter, he listens patiently and his explanations are always very reassuring. Dr Moujaes is also a very experienced doctor and I've always been happy with his diagnosis. The receptionists, I think, are amazing. When I'm there waiting to see the doctor, they've always been professional, even when faced with difficult patients. They do a hard job trying to please everyone. Thoroughly recommend.

Despite The Surgery being very busy I am nearly always able to get a same day appointment so long as I call promptly at 8:00am. The reception staff, Dr Mannan, Nurse Denise and Jess (my apologies for any that I have missed) are always very courteous, friendly and clear. Really couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

Firstly, the receptionist was rude and arrogant so I took a star off for that.Secondly, appointments to see the Dr. are rarer than hens teeth, not seen a doc there in about 5yrs so I can't rate the doctors. And finally, and the real saving grace is both the nurses Janet & Denise (I think) are both amazing people. They've both been so helpful & nice, such professionals and a real credit to them both

I honestly can't fault them. Years ago I had a potentially life threatening illness, which if hadn't been for the staff and doctors care, I wouldn't be here today. Yes people do get cranky from time to time, when stressed by others, but unfortunately that's life
