Always ready to help and they are flexible depending on your daily life schedule. I'm shocked to see few comments here talking bad about this company. Actually, the best security firm I ever worked for. Very well organised as a structure and and on an operational level. The hiring process its very fluid and you are instructed from the start about company policy, type of contract and they provide you with all the documentation your are signed and agreed. The wage is very good and you have your holidays granted, of course considering the compatibility with the operational needs. The management team also visit you at work regularly, supporting and providing you a constant training so you can do you your job even better and you feel even more motivated. You also touch the spirit of union and solidarity within colleagues. You can be asked, sometimes to give your availability but that happens in every respectable and very pro active security company. So, in fact it's a very good company that take Security very seriously and with them I finally feel proud of what I'm doing.
