I always have such a great experience at Roswell eye clinic. Today Greg in the optical department was amazing!! I dread picking out glasses - they never fit my face or look good. Greg helped me find the perfect pair. I am so grateful! Also I want to mention Kenneth! He is ALWAYS super helpful getting me the best deal on my contact lenses. Thankfully, found Roswell Eye Clinic after trying a handful of other places locally over the last few years. Wish we’d found them sooner! Great service from all the staff on the medical side and in the billing team too (which, is not always common!) They are super responsive to questions, and have had good appointment availability when I needed care beyond just my routine check up. They were also patient and supportive with lots of sample pairs of lenses and repeat visits when I was trying to get fit for contacts as that has always been a challenge for my eyes. And, my family loves Megan in the frames shop. She is SO knowledgeable about insurance coverage, clear in how she explains the pricing, and honest about if a frame is flattering on you. On top of that, she is *meticulous* about adjusting the fit of your glasses so they are just right. Happy to be a patient here!
