The worst service I have had the displeasure of experiencing! They called to tell me that they would collect oil and so waited all day, with no sign. Finally the driver called me after 7 hours of waiting, to tell me that he was on his way. It's now almost 9pm and nothing! I would have preferred that he told me he was not coming, as I have a business to run and this is just a waste of time, not to mention misleading and outright poor customer service!!
