Excellent! Covid friendly...wonderful staff, made my 3yr old granddaughter birthday by fetching a cake with candle and a goodie bag....we had only paid to play...will be back soon

We went on Saturday first day off opening and I can give the staff 5 star rating. Everything clean and hand sanitizer on all exits off the play area and good at social distancing. The kids had a blast
Had a lovely time at the VIP opening today - it’s the best Indoor play area we’ve been to! Our 19 month old loves the luge slide - great set up and even better coffee ️ Can’t wait time come again
This place is great. both kids loved it. some different slides to most places and they had staff walking round to help if needed. I went on a Friday evening, not mega busy as expected. food looked good and place was very clean and tidy. Definitely going again.
Absolutely fantastic! Staff really helpful and kids lived it. They felt very safe at all times. Planning to have birthday party based on such a wonderful experience. Food & drink prices are also very reasonable.
Disappointing visit had by wife. Food very over priced for small portions and not able to get orders right. Kids meals get one side and additional are extra and fail to deliver and the having to complain whilst food left to go cold to the uninterested staff. Jacket potatoe ordered with beans only came swimming in butter and with cheese on! Now a baked potato and beans is surely not a hard cover to deliver but clearly is for here and was not what was ordered and made a health meal unhealthy. Generally the catering side seems very disorganised and staff not really trained nor interested in the food side of the place. The play area was generally clean and ok, but witnessed plenty of children getting injured down the large slide with lack of protection at the bottom. Wife went with her friend to try somewhere else and doubt they will return due to the service, not being able to get basic food right and expensive prices for said meals. There is many other places local that do much better, cheaper and better friendly service. Maybe just because it's new but not one for us to try again in the near future.
