I've been with this surgery for a number of years now and feel I have always been given excellent care whenever I have had to visit. The staff have always been friendly and polite and helpful if there has been a problem. Sometimes it has been difficult to get through when calling to make an appointment and on occasions it's been a long wait for an appointment but nothing major. They are local which is great.

Absolutely disgusting. Never can get an appointment. Got to be on your death bed. And still wouldn't get one.

Always long wait to try get through on the phone, depending on which receptionist you get depends on how rude they are. My daughter has CF so when I ring for an appointment it's normally urgent to be told there are no doctors at the surgery they are all at the other one in mapplewell never any doctors so no point signing up to here.
