Fantastically clean. We'd recently moved house and wanted to get the old carpets cleaned. We ended up having to postpone a couple months while we sorted out some repairs, and in the interim we used one of those home carpet cleaning vacuums. I thought that was pretty good, but this cleaning is on a completely different level. They even got out machine grease stains on the stairs left by an old stairlift.

Excellent service from assessing the requirements, to carrying out the cleaning of a sofa and 2 chairs in cream upholstery, notoriously difficult to clean but now looks as good as new.
Rothwell's provided a very prompt, professional service. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again when we need more carpets cleaned.
This company is fantastic! The cost is a bit more than other companies, but they promise to beat any competitor who actually does everything they do at the standards they have. They were extremely informative about why exactly it’s important to have van-mounted machines and how it impacts the lasting health of your carpet and, consequentially, you and your family. My place was so clean afterwards. You really can tell the difference.
They did a fantastic job of saving my rug which is now happily back in the kitchen. They collected it quickly and cleaned it to a very high standard. Highly recommended.
