those 2 [Google Users] MUST be talking about a totally different place or a previous owner. The rest of us know the real deal though. If they don't know who you are personally in there, you might as well be wearing a t-shirt that says "I Hate Guns" when you walk in. It took them 10 minutes to finally acknowledge my existence, then when I asked a simple question, the guy treated me like I asked for free guns & accessories. Lord only knows how this place stays in business, but it definitely isn't the service, or prices, or selection. Don't even waste your time going in here... you'll only be in a bad mood for the rest of the day. You're better off going to Austin Gun Liquidators, which is new over by Pluckers and behind Allen Boots on the I-35 frontage road. They are very friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and have more to choose from. Good Luck & God Bless.....

Bought a Ruger 10/22 here, said the original owner was bringing the magazine by later and that i could come back and pick it up tomorrow. Well I came back the next day and to my surprise no magazine, same story the next day, and the next, and six months later still nothing. He has new ones in stock but refuses to let me have one or give a discount on one. I know I will never see that magazine. If you're looking for a shop owner that spends more time in the local bar than his shop this is your place. But if you expect any sort of help or customer service, or timely delivery of your purchase look else where. Shop owner is interested in nothing more than your money and once he has it you'll be nothing but a few pitchers of beer to him.
Terrible service, felt like I was a bother to the guy behind the counter just for walking in. Prices are or are higher than factory MSRP. Selection isn't anything worth talking about either. NOT recomended.
Rude service left a bad taste in my mouth at "Advanced Armorments". Limited selection, even before gun control debates. Does not have ability to add sights to handguns.
HORRIBLE-UNFRIENDLY-UNRESPONSIVE-DO NOT USE FOR FFL TRANSFER- I was trying to complete an FFL transfer for a gun that I purchased online. I spoke to the owner of Advanced Armament Cutting Edge, Sam Paxman, on several occasions and he stated he would accept the transfer. I called him once a month before I purchased the gun and he said he would take it. I called him again after purchase, he confirmed he would take the transfer again. The online dealer requested he fax a copy of his current FFL license. Sam advised that he could not fax and they would have to email. The online dealer and myself called Sam several times for the next few days and he was unresponsive to calls and emails. I eventually reached someone in the store, it was not Sam, but whoever it was stated that he "sent the FFL over yesterday" . The online store did not receive it. Neither of us (myself or the online store) ever received a response to our multiple emails. I decided to proceed with another dealer. I wanted to use Advanced Armament, because he repaired one of my guns or free once, but even then his customer service was lacking and he is definitely not friendly.
