This was the worse experience I had at the location in Round Rock, Texas. The young lady offered a product told me one price but once I seen my bill and paid realize I was double charge and she failed to explain everything to me completely. Once I was like I don’t want this. She replied and told me it was to late my order already went through. The manager came over and said she can only refund me once the glasses come in and she will return them and I would have to wait another two weeks for the new glasses. Poor customer service. I will not be going back. On a good note the Dr. was great!! One Star is for the Dr. which he deserves 5 stars

There was one girl at the front that was rude and kind of made me apprehensive and mad. But the other front girl was very nice. The rest of the staff was amazing. I appreciated how fast my exam was and the doctor gave me some contacts to test. Overall I would say my experience was GREAT, despite the (for some reason) rude employee at the front. They also had the best prices around 89 for an eye exam (with no insurance) and if you pay 99 you get free exams for the next 3 years plus 10% off contacts AND glasses.

Honestly I never leave reviews good or bad however this situation is more than frustrating. The first experience I had with this location was actually quite nice, but they must have new management because this last experience has been ridiculous . It has now been 2 weeks after my 2 week waiting period for my glasses, so it has been a month since my visit and the lady I spoke with yesterday said that she couldn't find my glasses...... this is after I spoke with someone 4 days earlier who had said they were there but not checked in. They are horribly unorganized and inefficient.

They didn't order my brand of contacts that I ordered, I think my prescription is too high- having a hard time adjusting to it; which has never happened before. I called about this and they said they would call me back but they never did. 2yrs ago I had a great experience but this time I went to a different location.

The staff for checking in and the doctor and technicians were awesome! The women that came out to my car was very rude about where I parked to pick up my glasses. I was not directly in front and she made a comment about that. I was in front about 10 ft from the store.

Poor quality. I ordered progressive lenses from America's Best last July with the best coating and materials. Four months later they are all scratched up from normal use and cleaning.Progressive lenses are very expensive, so I spend the extra money in hopes that they will last. That has worked for me with other manufacturers for over a decade. In this case I spent nearly 400 on lenses thing I had also purchased a warranty in case of an accident. Apparently that amount did not include a warranty. I will go back to the paperwork that I have and see if I have any recourse. And I'm not your "Darling" for fk sake! I did not feel taken care of in a professional manner.
