I've never been to Bass Pro Shops until today when I made a special trip to get some garlic and beer flavored bbq pellets my wife had heard about. Not sure what I'd cook with them, but it would be fun trying to find out. As luck would they were out of stock but I found lots of other really cool stuff to check out and a few things to buy. Can't wait to go back and spend more time looking through other departments. I kept secretly hoping that Mike Baxter from Outdoor Man might walk around the corner.

Very nice area. It's kind of secluded and I think I passed that sign off I-35 many times before I ever say it. I think even more people would visit it if they knew it was back there. I love Bass Pro Shops. They have kids activities. This one is very spacious also. This doesn't have a pond like some, but it does have a water area in the front. There are also benches outside if you want to sit. The restaurant is off to the left side if facing the store.
Heavenly place for hunters, campers, hikers, and fishermen. Not crowded at all. I don't know what the Fish Bowl is like this time around, but I know the store is highly stocked up on fishing, camping, and accessories. Employees are very friendly and sincere. Only issue on my last visit is they were all out of the medium knife sharpening belts I was looking for. Inconvenient, but I am pretty sure that is not a regular thing. Every other visit has just been heavenly though. I LOVE Bass Pro Shops!
I love it. They do not breathe down your neck. The boats are nice and I plan to buy one. They are respectful and do not make you feel like caca if you don't wear a mask. The fish tank is the best. I could sit on the bench and just watch for hours on end and feel super relaxed. I appreciate their courteous employees for all of the hard work that they do day in and day out! Thank you very much!
Helpful people and a wide selection. Always can find a place to sit when I get tired. I love to watch the fish!
