This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an ER. I was there on referral from my doctor. I watched 2 patients arrive with issues that sounded much like a heart attack or stroke, a Covid-19 patient in respiratory distress and all of them were told to sit and wait. The Covid patient left after 20 min racing to another ER for help. I watched one woman be there for almost 6 hours before she was seen. I left at the 3.5 hour mark to go to St. David's where I was seen immediately! The lack of urgency, compassion, and care was truly disheartening and appalling. I would not encourage anyone to wait or go to this ER.

They either need more doctors or a faster staff! Waiting 45 minutes in a lobby is not an emergency place ! No one is in here but 2 people. No concern for people in pain at all. Do not make this your GO TO ER. Its pathetic!!!

Embarrassing. My dad had a large stroke and they missed it. They sent him home after a clear CT, no further imaging tests done. His PCP sent him back the next day for an MRI which showed the stroke. Two months later and we brought him back for sudden right sided weakness and CHEST PAIN and he sat in the waiting room for 2.5 HOURS. If a person goes to the ER and the system fails them in two of the most common medical emergencies, what is a person supposed to do? From a medical professional, this is unacceptable on multiple experiences.

The worst ER I've visit. I seen people who where needing more assistance than myself waiting for hours. I had surgery at the outpatient client. That part is ok but the ER need to either restructure staff to assist people in need. Having a stent and being at high risk for strokes isn't looked at as a risk with them. You will die about time they get to you. Heading to another ER I called who said they will see me right away since I have tingling in my arm right away. I will not go back that this ER.

We have been to this emergency this week, my wife has been treated as a heart attack person with 4 people running around her when we went for sore throat and chest burning sensation. Took long time to do test and ruled out heart attack, lungs failure (are these guys really serious of what they doing). We were there for sore throat and chest burning sensation. Finally they said we don’t know what she is going through and billed me 1600. Doctors doesn’t know what they are doing in this emergency and nurses are careless. It’s waste of time and money and over and above you might risk your loved ones lives if you go here.
