The office staff called me to remind me that I needed an annual review/examination. They set up a convenient appointment time. At the office they efficiently processed me in. Then the friendly nurse took vital info such as blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level, etc. Dr Turner then was attentive and thorough in his examination. They took great care of me.
