Love this store, however it is a hit a miss at times. I usually only buy their handbags. They have great sales at times, but you have to commit to buying that day because the next week the sale may be over or the bag is gone. There aren't that many bags there to begin with. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. A great place to look before going to the full retail, they have some bags that are still in style and being sold in retail as well, not always discontinued items.

This Burberry has the worst customer service. I went in inquiring about the holiday return policy and Becca (employee) informed me that there actually is no holiday return policy. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no way to accommodate me. I explained to her that my boyfriend had purchased the jacket in San Francisco at the San Francisco Premium Outlets and he had just flown into Austin to surprise me with the Jacket for the Holiday and that I wanted to exchange it for something else. Without even looking at the receipt or the jacket she then told me again that she would not be able to help me. I asked her who her manager was and she then pointed to Stacy Lybeck the General Manager of the store. I asked Becca would she mind explaining the situation to Stacy. Becca then went over to speak with Stacy and when she returned she proceeded to tell me for the third time... we can't help you. Stacy just stared and then looked away like she wanted nothing to do with my presence in her store. I have never felt so humiliated shopping at retailer in my life. I have shopped at several high-end retailers across the country and abroad and have never experienced such terrible customer service. If you are African American and have considered shopping at the Burberry Outlet Round Rock location... DON'T. Go to the Domain the customer service is way better!
Good customer service from employees, they always ask if you need help. Unfortunate Burberry is a luxury brand so prices are not affordable even at the outlet store.
Even at a discount, items are still quite expensive. Not sure if the staff is on commission; they are a little too attentive even if you tell them (Sunny) that you are just browsing.
