We had a superbly craptastic experience here yesterday. Long story short: after waiting well over 2 hours, and multiple check ins on time and the number people waiting, my daughter was told at 4 minutes to closing that they would be unable to see her that day. How in the world is that even remotely considered good customer service? It isn't. There are many more details that I'll leave unsaid, but we have zero intentions of returning. The customer service is repugnant.

Been wearing glasses for 40 years. Good Service is hard to find. This is it! Friendly people, Dana was helpful, polite and professional. Bought 3 pairs. The emergency pair that I needed was ready in 68 minutes. Wow! I love these people. Covid didn't slow them down. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

Excellent experience, extremely personable and helpful staff. I have a hard time making decisions on glasses because I will be wearing them most of the time now... Chris was honest and helped me narrow it down to pick the right pair. Dana gave me great suggestions and steered me in the right direction. Unprofessional! No value of time. Made us wait an entire day for an appointment saying the wait is 30 minutes and increasing the wait time again and again. 20 minutes before 7 they told us they can't see us today. If they just said that earlier in the day, i would have went to some place else! Super horrible service.

Horrible experience. Waited over 125 minutes and then had to stand in line and wait with 5 other people to get help. Person helping me didn't even know that not all sun glasses were polarized and kept trying to tell me that polarized is what made them dark and guess them a tint. Lol! Wrong! Worst experience at an eyeglass store
