When I arrived to the ER, I was expecting to be treated like any other emergency room. Haley up front was very informative of what the process is and was very patient with us. I was seen immediately with concern. Jennifer was prompt in helping me and getting things flowing rapidly. Sandy was very caring with my foot during X-ray. I was able to go home Dr. Waugh was awesome. She came in and took care of business with great care and concern. I left pleased knowing I was very well taken care of. I know I can rely on this place, in the future, with my family. Every individual treated me with great hospitality.

Experience was not what was expected. As an emergency room I was expecting to be diagnosed by the physician and not diagnose myself. I understand that it is the physicians duty to collect as much information from the patient in which that was the procedure. However, when it came time to make a decision as a physician with the explanation of my symptoms all I was asked was what was it that I wanted. It was like being on trial and being led by the lawyer to answer a question. Well as a "professional physician" that is their duty not mine. I am not a physician. I went in with symptoms and to be diagnosed by a paid professional. I left there with no treatment of my symptoms, a bag that had brochures and a balance that was outrageous. As for me and my experience I will not return. I hope others do have a better experience. On another note I do not give it the one star i had to click to post this.
Staff was attentive and genuinely concerned. I had a deep cut to my right index finger. They assessed and discussed all possible issues associated with such a wound. They also packed up some supplies, made a connection with a hand specialist prior to handing me my detailed release instructions and sending me on my way. Quickly seen, impressed with level if care, and would recommend.
On April 25 I went in cause my blood pressure was high. I didn't have to wait to long. The place very clean. The nurses were nice and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Waugh was very nice and very professional in caring for my needs. Thank you staff!! Melissa G.
Took our daughter in in the middle of the afternoon and they were very fast at getting her back to be seen by the doctor. They were very kind to her and very quick. We were in and out in about 20 minutes and they gave her a coloring book and some stickers on the way out that made her day. The staff was all professional and I would go back if we need an ER again.
*******Scam******** Do Not Go to this place***** My wife suffered shoulder pain and needed to see an after hours doctor. I thought this place was like an urgent care. They did tell us it was like an emergency room, but they could not verify the insurance that night. We were not charged that night. I was thinking a typical emergency co-pay 150 with insurance and maybe misc. charges later. We received a non-detailed bill today for 643. My wife called the company today and was told to expect another bill. This bill was for the doctor only, after insurance!! The entire visit is almost 5K. We could have a bill of 2K or more. She saw a doctor for maybe 10-15 minutes, had an x-ray and was prescribed some medication. The medication was useless. She had to see another doctor two days later. The doctor prescribed a new med, which worked within a days time. We were in this place maybe 1 1/2 hours, mostly waiting on the x-ray results. She could have had a 3 day hospital visit for less than this visit. The people where nice and helpful, but not worth 5K. Do not visit this place.
Loved this ER! I will no longer go wait in lines at another hosp. They treated us with respect and were very knowlegeable. The staff and Dr were attentive and quick to diagnosis. They not only gave my daughter (the patient) coloring books but her sister as well. Great team you should be very proud!
My wife, one of our grandsons, and two of our great grandchildren, all of whom we are now raising, were visiting our son for a week in Round Rock when I became nearly incapacitated with a severe stomach virus. I was virtually laid up for three days before I was taken to FCER. Every person, from the friendly lady that checked us in, to the nurses and the doctor that diagnosed and took care of me did so with caring and confidence. They took samples, ran me through a CT scan, and ran two bags of fluid into me. After that, the doctor spent time with us painstakingly going over the results of everything that was done and explaining what and why she was prescribing tor me to continue clearing it up. She was great and the pills she prescribed had me back on my feet in twenty-four hours.
