I got my solar from a young man that is no longer with the company. Saddens me. Apparently he had to travel far on cold calls. He knew exactly how many panels I would need. Didn't try to over sell me. I have only had my system 1full month and received credit for utilities. That I applied to my solar financial bill. The only bad thing I would say is Brad/Bart don't remember his name. My guy was Michael. B took the phone out of his hand and started a used car salesman pitch. BUT he didn't tell me that I would owe over 6k in 18months or my loan payments go up. He had plenty of time. He talked fast and I felt slimy. I went with this company because of Michael and Michael only. I have a person that would like to use the company. But have no ideal to whom to recommend. NotB for sure. I am in between Abilene TX and Midland TX. I reached out to Michael. But not sure if I will hear back. I don't think he was treated fairly.

we are an at risk house hold and the door to door rep showed up with no mask on, ignored my no soliciting sign when I told him about it he told me he was not technically selling anything so it was okay... All while wearing no mask and not staying at least 6 feet from my door. I will make sure everyone in the neighborhood knows that y'all don't care about the safety of the neighborhood and can't be trusted. I will go out of my way to ensure I never support your company.
Someone from this company came to my house today. After his presentation I asked if he can send me the numbers he was showing me so I can go into them with calm and do my math and the guy told me "I will not do that. If I go thru that door without an agreement you will have to call other company. Im not in a hurry to sell." I told him I can not take a 32,000 decision in such a hurry. So he said " other people can why you can not" and he went up and left in a rude way. So I suppose I will continue with another company. Such a professional that guy. Disrespectful.
It saddens me to post this message ! My Nabor and I both invested in the solar system from Freedom Forever. At the beginning everything seemed good until the system was installed and we received our utility bills and realized that instead of our electric bill going down , it drastically went up ! Before solar our highest bill was 240.00 after freedom forever installed solar are Bill was no less than 300.00 and the last Bill we received was 360.00 plus the 144.00 we were having to pay to Loanpal for the solar system . That’s a combined amount of over 500.00 for electric. My wife and I are living on social security and on a strict budget ! We wanted our Bill to go down not up . My Nabor experienced the same problems that I had . The decision was made to take it down before it became an electric Bill we couldn’t pay ! So I called in a different solar company called Sunpro ... I decided to go with there system and they agreed to remove freedom Forever’s system down at no charge and install there’s . My Nabor did the same . We are both very glad we did . My Sunpro system has been up and running for a little over a month and our first parcel electric Bill which was half city grid and half on Sunpro system , our first bill with there system was 119.00 and we are projecting a 50.00 bill for a full month on Sunpro system. There was also other things , to numerous to get into , but I just needed to put this out to anyone that is considering Freedom Forever for there Solar system needs... I want to be the first in saying — I told you all so ... have a Blessed Day.
I was called by a few other companies, I ended up choosing freedom forever because they have the best warranties compared to everyone else out there. I really recommend giving them a shot!
Solar actually works. I own a system. Really good customer service and really nice consultants.
This company is a scam! They use fake business names to gather your information. They also have 56 complaints again this company with BBB.
I really enjoyed the sales guy that came over, he was very informative, freedom forever does an amazing job with install process as well, quick and easy
