My husband and I have been ordering this pasta on line for several years now. Each pasta is so flavorful and so delicious. My favorites are the Rosemary Lemon Pepper, Italian Herb Linguine and Tomato Basil & Garlic, just to name a few. We follow Gourmet Texas Pasta on Instagram and it is fun to learn so many new recipes!

We picked up some of their pasta at the Farmers Market in New Braunfels. I made the pasta with a simple pesto and it was delicious. I'll have to stock up the next time we are at the market. It was a little to expensive to ship. The pasta is worth the price. I purchased the gluten free and it's the best that I have tried.

I started buying this pasta at the Wolf Ranch farmers market and have learned that the company also attends other special events in Central Texas. The pasta is the best I have had except for fresh homemade. Lots of fun flavors and some nice simple ones too. Excellent texture.

We've mail ordered from them a couple times now and the pastas are delicious. The jalapeno one is worth a try if you want to add some heat.

My husband and I met Courtney at the Pearl Farmer’s market in San Antonio. She was super friendly and we ended up getting the spinach, basil, & garlic linguine. We loved it! Some of the best pasta we’ve ever had!
