I went in yesterday and the woman who was working there (her name started with a T but I have horrible memory I’m sorry) was very kind and helpful. She made good conversation and even suggested other options to the friend I was with for a wallet she was interested in. Definitely coming to this location from now on :))

Don't spend your money here, staff are very rude, loud and disrespectful to people, especially anyone who walks into an unlocked door not knowing they are closing. The staff (particularly Niesha) talked disrespectfully, saying "late birds don't get nothing, they need to get their butt up when the sun comes up"; about anyone trying to come in out loud for everyone to hear, very unprofessional. We showed up at approximately 6:20 pm and when we asked to use the fitting room, she said, "No, it's closed for the day." while she just stood there flirting with some guy. She also yelled at all customers 10 minutes til closing, "Make your way to the register if you actually wanna buy something!" Today is 3/18/21 around 6:55pm, so both the staff members that are closing today should be addressed by management or you will lose business!

Worst customer service, we bought a item during Thanksgiving and we had to go out of country, we went in March to return the item they did not accept my return, we lost receipt, they wanted receipt, item was not even used once. It was as it is how we bought, I explained everything, a supervisor mentioned she was not able to pull up the transaction that is weired as he'll, why wouldn't transaction come up? I requested but no use. I didn't like their service.

GUESS Factory prices are not that much different than regular prices and they seem to carry last seasons, and older merchandise. Nothing new, fresh, or exciting. I wouldn't waste my time.
