Worst customer service ever! Had my water tested and the guy gave me a piece of paper and walked away. I had to stop him and ask him to tell me what was wrong with the water and what I needed to fix the issue. Each time it's like that so I think it's best to take my business elsewhere.

They own the jacuzzi brand and are the only ones who sell replacement parts. They don't make enough or the products are of such low quality that they can't fix my pool pump after 3.5 weeks. This is a coorporate structuring issue, the staff in the store has anyways been very friendly.

A closer pool shop was giving us good customer service and great pricing. Hadn't been in leslie's lately, but thought I'd drop by and Victoria totally turned me around with amazing customer service and showed me the current promotion. Ended up buying from these guys again! Good job guys, thank you!

Great service. Called confirm they had a part to rebuild pool pump. Walked in and they had the part on the counter. I was in and out. Always nice service.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! The store manager, Lauren, fixed my Polaris in the store! That's what I call going "above and beyond" what is expected. Highly recommend to my neighbors with pools!

I've had all good experiences here. I know what I need for my water, so I can't speak to their advice regarding water chemistry, but as a DIY pool type, I love the fact that they don't try to push products I don't need and didn't ask about. I walk in and tell them what I need, they show me where it is and help me carry it to the car. They always acknowledge me, even when the store is busy and they can't help me right away.
